This October, Melrose Umbrella Co. opens its doors to the darkly demented Black Lagoon Pop-Up—an occult-inspired cocktail experience steeped in gothic glamour and spine-tingling fun. An immersive, macabre masquerade with blood-chilling cocktails and an atmosphere more graveyard than pumpkin patch. Think haunted hideaway: part cocktail bar, part fever dream.

We’re also thrilled to welcome Chef Justin Sutherland to Melrose Umbrella Co. for a limited-time dinner pop-up coinciding with the Black Lagoon takeover. Known for his bold, soulful approach to modern American cuisine, Chef Sutherland has crafted a hauntingly delicious seasonal menu served nightly from 6PM–10PM through Halloween.
